Shipping & Delivery

We deliver throughout the U.S. and Canada (no P.O. boxes). Lost or damaged shipments will be replaced. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Return Policy

1. Return Guarantee: Return unused flooring within 6 months for a full refund (minus return shipping). Contact us first at info@vossfloors.com.

2. Return Conditions: Flooring must be unopened, uncut, and properly stored.

3. How to Return: Email for a Return Authorization. Repackage carefully using original or protective materials. Refunds processed within 10–14 days of return.
